- or utilize an attached or second unit on someone’s property.

- Affordable: < $2,000 per/month
- Walking distance from green space; examples: nature preserve, wooded park, college campus, … with walking trails.
- Not too remote
- Access to public transit (around ½ mile walK)
- Accessible to alms resort (walking or by bus)
- Accessible to public venues for teaching (Dhamma Sharing and meditation), which may be church or other facility that has public space
- Smoke and mold free (no smoking building)
